Whether it is a simple or complicated surgical procedure, we are at your disposal.

The characteristics that refer to all surgical interventions in our center are the absence of pain, the patient’s health safety and work in analgesic sedation.

Routine tooth extraction

Routine tooth extraction

We approach tooth extraction only at the moment when its treatment is not possible, when it is in the terminal phase of periodontitis, if it is for the purpose of orthodontic therapy…

Surgical tooth extraction

Surgical tooth extraction

We surgically remove teeth that have not erupted and can cause complications such as wisdom teeth or canines, as well as teeth that cannot be removed routinely due to their position and shape.

Tooth root resection surgery (apicoectomy)

Tooth root resection surgery (apicoectomy)

Apicoectomy is an oral surgical intervention that removes the tip of the tooth root and the surrounding periapical lesion (process), when it cannot be cured with a conservative approach. Before the apicoectomy, it is necessary to report the complete endodontic treatment, that is to remove the infection from the root canal.

Frenectomy

Frenectomy

Surgical procedure that removes the frenulum, muscular-connective-mucous fold, if it is very pronounced, thick and highly attached, so it interferes with the normal functioning of the tongue and lips. In children as well as adults, the fringe can cause diastema (gap) between the upper central incisors due to high attachment. For the same reasons, a thickened frenulum in the lower jaw makes it difficult to lift the tongue, and in some situations can obstruct speech.

Surgical lobe surgery

Surgical lobe surgery

Lobe surgery is a surgical approach to treating periodontitis. The periodontal pocket is surgically approached to remove all pathological contents under eye control. Furthermore, in order to restore the tissue, in the resulting defect appropriate regenerative materials are placed, which aim to accelerate the creation of new elements of the supporting apparatus of the tooth, which contributes to its fixation and longer survival in the jaw.

Surgical intervention gingivectomy / gingivoplasty

Surgical intervention gingivectomy / gingivoplasty

Surgical intervention which removes a part of the soft tissues, i.e. the gums. It is often called periodontal plastic mucogingival surgery because it corrects defects in the shape, position and quantity of the gums around teeth. It is most often used for aesthetic reasons, but also as a part of orthodontic and periodontal therapy. The relationship between the gums and teeth is very important for a perfect smile. When this relationship is disturbed, we call it a Gummy smile, and we solve it with gingivectomy, that is by lengthening the clinical crown of the tooth. Thus, the visible part of the teeth is extended at the expense of the gums, which changes the shape and appearance of the front teeth.

Sinus lift surgery

Sinus lift surgery

Sinus lift is a surgical intervention to lift the base of the sinus, during which a bone substitute is added. We approach this intervention when, due to premature loss of the upper lateral teeth, a loss of the jaw bone occurs. By installing a bone substitute in the space of the maxillary sinuses, we enable the conditions for the installation of dental implants in the region of the upper lateral teeth. Although it requires a little more patience and effort, both from the patient and the dentist, the sinus lift is a very good method by which even patients who did not meet the conditions for the installation of dental implants can solve their problem in the best way.

Surgical intervention implantation of dental implants

Surgical intervention implantation of dental implants

Dental implants represent the greatest technological advancement in dentistry. Today, it is impossible to imagine modern dentistry without implantology, and after almost 40 years since the beginning of its application, dental implants have only today become the standard in dentistry. A dental implant is the best way to make up for a lost tooth or teeth, whether they are lost due to trauma, caries or periodontitis. They are made of titanium alloy, a completely bio inert and biocompatible material that is built into the jawbone and has the ability to grow with the bone, i.e. to osseointegrate. The process of implant placement itself belongs to light surgical interventions, is performed under local anesthesia and is completely painless.
